Miodowa 12, 31-055 Kraków, Poland

Restauracja Polska on Miodowa frames heritage without irony: white tablecloths absorb candlelight, pierogi arrive with hotel-grade folds, and roasts carve table-side with the theatre of a civic ritual rather than a folk costume party. Ask for the roast when it is offered; carving here reads as civic ritual, not folk costume.
