Daigo Sushi is a small, cosy Kazimierz restaurant on Bocheńska, where the chef builds each plate from carefully chosen fish, crisp vegetables and good rice, from classic rolls to the chef's own specialities. In their words, the aim is food that is both authentic and friendly, made to be shared. Tables can be booked, and the kitchen opens at one every afternoon.
