SUMI sits on Szlak, three minutes from Kraków Główny, on a quiet street at the very centre of the city. The kitchen works from Japanese cooking: sushi sets, sashimi and rolls, temaki, and nigiri with spicy marinated salmon, and it will build dishes to a guest's own wishes.
