Concierge Premium Terms

What you are buying

Concierge Premium is a paid commercial listing enhancement on bestrestaurantskrakow.com for a venue already in The Concierge Collection. For the paid term (normally 12 months from payment confirmation), the venue receives the Premium mark, enhanced card presentation, and space for venue-supplied words on the profile, subject to editorial standards and these terms.

The current paid rate is 490 PLN for the year (one-off), charged via our payment provider. Complimentary or promotional Premium periods (including the October 2026 Collection gift through 31 October 2026) are not a paid purchase and end on the stated date unless you buy Premium under these terms.

What we do not promise

Premium is presence in an editorial guide. We do not guarantee bookings, covers, rankings, search-engine positions, social reach, or any particular volume of visits or enquiries. Placement in The Concierge Collection remains curated; payment for Premium does not buy entry into the Collection or override editorial judgment.

Your content

Owner quotes and other venue-supplied text must be accurate, lawful, and suitable for a public dining guide. We may edit for length, clarity, or house style, or decline to publish material that is misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with The Concierge Collection. You warrant that you have the right to supply that content.

Term, renewal, and removal

Paid Premium runs for the stated term after successful payment. It does not auto-renew unless we later offer a renewal product and you purchase it. When the term (or a complimentary period) ends without a paid keep, we may remove the Premium mark and related enhancements. We may also suspend or remove Premium earlier if these terms are breached, if the venue leaves the Collection, or if the listing becomes inaccurate or harmful to guests.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe (or another provider we name at checkout). Prices are as shown at checkout (tax treatment as indicated there). Because Premium is a digital listing service that begins when we apply the mark, fees are generally non-refundable once Premium is activated, except where mandatory consumer or other law requires otherwise, or where we cancel the product for our own operational reasons (in which case we will refund the unused portion on a fair basis).

These Premium terms sit alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; if they conflict on a Premium purchase, these Premium terms prevail for that purchase.
